When does my first box ship?

Your first box will ship within 5 business days of your order. All subsequent orders are also shipped within 5 business days.

All of our teas are sent via Canada Post as oversize Lettermail, which does not come with tracking. But they are small enough to fit into most mailboxes.

Typically it can take 7-12 business days for the teas to reach their destination.

What kind of tea is it?

We deliver an exquisite selection of high-quality teas, including pure teas, blended/flavored varieties, and herbal teas.

Many of our offerings are award-winning gems crafted by master tea artisans from small family farms across China, India, Nepal, Japan, Sri Lanka, and beyond. We also feature unique small-batch blends from across Europe.

We ship anywhere within Canada. Shipping is FREE!

How does billing work?

You are billed each month on the same date you have signed up, or at the end of each month if you signed up in the last few days of a month.

When you are billed, within 5 business days we ship your teas.

Can I cancel anytime?

Definitely. Cancellation is easy. Simply log in to your account to cancel or make changes to your subscription.

If you are on a 6 or 12 month commitment term, you can easily log in and cancel any time after the minimum number of payments in the commitment term have been met.

Please note that if you made a 6 or 12 month commitment, you will need to Contact Us to proceed with cancellation. All future shipments and payments will be stopped and a $5 fee for each remaining unpaid month in the commitment term will be applied.
